On your device
Events, tasks, birthdays, optional birthday photos and preferences are saved locally. Recovery copies and recently removed items may also remain on the device. The calendar works without signing in.
Portable exports are readable JSON files and can include notes, photos and removed items. An export goes to the location or app you select. Keep it private.
Optional cloud copies
Account sign-in uses Firebase Authentication. Account information can include your email, display name, identifier and sign-in provider. A verified account can save a manual calendar backup to Cloud Firestore after confirmation.
That backup includes personal plans, birthday photos, preferences and recently removed items. Current backups have a 2 MiB limit. Signing in alone does not upload your calendar, and automatic cross-device sync is not enabled.
The development and production Cloud Firestore databases are located in Sydney, Australia. Authentication, service logs and support email may be processed by providers in other countries.
Connected calendars
Phone subscriptions store private links in device secure storage and keep downloaded events in a separate local cache. Refresh requests go to the calendar provider you connect; that provider receives ordinary connection information such as your IP address.
Subscription links and their event cache are excluded from personal app exports and cloud backups. Reconnect them separately on another device. The app reads from a connected source and does not write changes back to it.
Calendar files you import become local copies. Device calendar access and photo selection require the permissions or system picker appropriate to your device.
Platform and service providers
This website is hosted by Namecheap and delivered through Cloudflare. Website requests may include your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times. The hosting and delivery providers may process technical and security logs. Contact links open your email app; this website does not contain an account sign-in or calendar-upload form.
Firebase processes account and cloud-backup requests. Google handles Google sign-in where enabled. Your operating system handles permissions, local notification delivery and Siri requests. Siri features receive the information the system passes to the app; they do not give the app unrestricted access to your messages.
No advertising, analytics or crash-reporting product is integrated into the current app. Platform and service providers may process technical connection, authentication and security logs under their own terms. Support email is handled by the mailbox service you contact.
Your controls
You can edit and remove plans, review recovery copies, export your calendar, pause reminders, remove connected calendars and sign out. Signing out keeps local plans.
Request account deletion to remove an account and its cloud backups. Account deletion does not erase independent copies on devices or exported files.
Retention and deletion
Local plans, recovery copies and exports remain until you remove them through the relevant app or storage controls. Cloud backup revisions remain until cleanup or account deletion removes them.
The current deletion protocol removes cloud backup payloads and the Firebase Auth account, while retaining a minimal closure record keyed to the old account identifier to block stale writes. It contains a closing status, version and request time, not calendar contents.
Closure records currently have no scheduled expiry. Support correspondence remains in our mailbox until removed; contact us to request its deletion. Provider security logs follow the provider’s own retention practices. We do not promise an automatic purge after a fixed number of days.
