Account & data controls
Leave on your terms.
Request deletion of your Instant Dayplan account and cloud backups. You can contact us even if you’ve uninstalled the app.
Request account deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject Delete my Instant Dayplan account.
Use your account email where possible and state that you want the account and associated cloud backups deleted. We need to verify ownership before deleting account data. If you use an Apple private relay address, include that account address if you know it.
Prepare deletion emailThis opens an email draft. It does not send a request or delete anything. Send it yourself, or write to the address above from any email service.
Prefer to do it in the app?
Open Settings → Account & cloud → Security & sign-in, then choose Delete cloud account. Review the affected account and cloud copies, verify your identity and confirm deletion. Keep the app connected until it confirms completion; an interrupted operation may need you to resume it.
What is removed?
- The app account in Firebase Authentication.
- Associated cloud calendar backup revisions and their payloads.
What stays separate?
Local plans, device recovery copies, exported files and calendars held by other providers are not erased by deleting the cloud account. Remove those separately if you no longer need them. Deleting this app’s account does not delete your Google or Apple account.
A minimal closure record remains to stop old sessions writing new backups. It contains no calendar payload. Read about retention for details of the current app.
